Camp notes

Classes will include; 
Tumbling, Bars, Floor work, Beam & Vault

Conditioning and strengthening excercises
Flexibility
Light activities post food and snack time
Displays within the group

Lunch,snacks and drinks to be provided by parents

Children to wear comfortable clothes, e.g
Girls-leggings/shorts and a t-shirt (leotard if they have one)
Boys-Shorts and a t-shirt
